The tell of unmanaged AI video is five good frames that do not belong to each other. The brief was a lifestyle teaser where skin, linen, water and contact shadows all had to hold, and every shot had to read as one roll of film.
Argued before a frame existed, generated against one reference, delivered flat, judged on a depth pass, then graded to Rec.709 with one show LUT and a single black and white point. Finishing, not generation, is what made the five shots belong together.
