Cinematechs AI ("we", "us") operates cinematechs.ca. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact & quote forms: the name, email, company, and project details you submit. These are processed by Netlify Forms and emailed to us.
• Scheduling: if you book a call, Calendly collects the details you provide to them under their own policy.
• Analytics: we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that is cookie-free and does not collect personal data or track you across sites.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver work, and improve the site. We do not sell your data or share it except with the service providers above (Netlify, Calendly) to operate the site.

Data & project content

For production work we operate on a client-authorized basis: assets you provide are used only as agreed, with consent and licensing tracked. See our process on the AI Studio page.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@cinematechs.ca.
